Nothing pisses me off more than an ignorant, arrogant and rude person. I know that this is a very general and abt statement to make which can have many alternative meanings, but it's true. So whats really bothering me is that, i find libraries holy places almost, places which should be quiet where people do their own thing or in quiet groups keeping to themselves. But no, in my college our library is almost loud every single day. It's absolutely impossible for one to concentrate on their work as there is always that one group of people that are outrageously loud and don’t take the slightest bit of consideration of other people working around them. According to my observations, ever since the new January and March intake started, this college has just gotten louder and much more filthier. This place used to lovely, quiet and chill. Now it just seems like its crawling with immature, unhygienic pubescent ‘kids’. And I mean kids. Okay so the noise in between classes and in corridors I can take, but the level of noise and nuisance in the library I simply can’t tolerate. In my free times, I’m not the only one who seeks a quiet refuge in order to study and do some revision. There are quite a few other students who spend their free time in the library in order to get some studying done. But now, things have taken a different toll and finding a comfortable quiet place in this college is almost impossible to find.

Most people who actually know me knows that I have a very low tolerance of bullshit. I actually thing that I’m the only person who has the guts and to actually tell these immature brats blasting their music from their laptops and constantly shouting in the library to just shut the fuck up. There's been more than one occasion in which my temper was at its peak. Surprisingly though, I was able to handle the situation very well and I had successfully refrained myself from swearing my face off at these disturbers of peace. I asked them kindly to please keep the noise down as there were many people trying to study and they were very loud and they shouldn’t be playing their music out loud. You should have looked at the looks on their faces, it was as if I had committed the biggest insult by merely asking them to keep quite in a LIBRARY, which is supposed to be quiet! Not only was their facial expressions hilarious, but you should have seen the faces of those who were quietly working and just putting up with all that noise, they looked so surprised that people were actually allowed to tell others to be quiet. That’s the s sad thing, I really don’t know why people can just speak up for themselves. Its so obvious that they’re too being disturbed but they just don’t do anything about it, instead they just wait for them to gradually be quiet or for them to leave.
